Below is a detailed overview of the fees, recurring monthly charges, and optional services associated with your apartment home so you can plan ahead with greater confidence throughout your residency.

Application Fees

Due with application and non-refundable | $75/per applicant

Applicants must be 18 years of age or older

Lease Deposits

We have partnered with TheGuarantors to provide a deposit alternative option and the choice of traditional security deposits. This service is aimed at helping applicants easily qualify for our apartments. Upon applying for an apartment, you will receive a link to apply for TheGuarantors' coverage. TheGuarantors’ application involves a soft credit check, which is free and does not affect your credit score.

Renters Insurance

Should you choose to opt out of the Damage Waiver program and obtain a third party liability insurance policy, you must submit and upload your up-to-date insurance policy to: portal.confirminsurance.com, and our partner, POPIC, will review the policy to determine if it complies with the lease addendum.
